SHIPPING POLICY: Be sure to place your order in a timely manner so you can receive your products before any deadlines. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. We will give you an estimated delivery date when you have placed your order. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your order.


USPS First Class (5-7 Business Days): $7.35

USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days): $25.50


We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather inclement weather or holidays. Keep in mind that holidays do not count as business days and should be considered when estimating delivery dates. We use allocate USPS to deliver your packages on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping fees.

FAILED DELIVERIES OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Make sure your address information is filled out completely before processing your order. If you find an error in your address while the order is still being processed, please contact us as soon as possible. If an address correction needs to be made after the package is sent you will be responsible for the fees that are charged to make the correction. No refunds will be issued for refused or abandoned shipments. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for additional shipping fees. 

LOST SHIPMENTS: If you have tracked your package and there is an error in delivery information or it has been lost please contact us immediately at renevirginhairco@gmail.com. We will contact USPS and have them start an investigation to recover your package. In the event your package was lost, a replacement of the item(s) will be sent.  

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of our product, for sanitary purposes, there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it. We will not replace items that have been bleached or colored incorrectly. Please take advantage of our coloring service.
